Hello!!! Hope all is well with you and yours!! 

I wanted to write a quick blog about training camp and share some pictures!

For 9 days in Gainesville Georgia I spent time with an incredible group of young missionaries, leaders, mentors, coaches, and staff. Our time was spent in worship, prayer, teachings, and getting to know each other.

I met the 24 young adults who like me, signed up to go to 11 countries in 11 months. They are all incredible and I can't wait to get to know them more! I also met my leaders, mentors, and coaches! They each have such a heart for the Lord and people, it's an honor to be under their leadership.

My squad (those mentioned above) was in charge of cleaning the Porta Potties during camp! Who knew cleaning those could be fun!

We were also camping in tents!!! I enjoyed this, however, there were a few times a cricket would sneak into my tent. 😂🦗⛺

There were days my heart was heavy, and days I was full of joy, but there was never a day of regret. Through it all the Lord was with me, and there were new friends who encouraged and prayed for me.

All in all, training camp was a blast and I'm grateful for the chance to learn and grow before heading onto the field.
